Vik offers all-levels strength training with free weights, focusing on functional fitness and 5 daily movement patterns: push, pull, bend and lift, single leg movement, and rotation. Each 45-minute session includes a warm-up and cool down for safety. We're dedicated to helping you achieve a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
